I am writing this blog to help me express my evolving understanding of human health.
My opinions and original articles are based on my 20+ years working as a chiropractor and health coach to thousands of patients and are supported by literature I have read including articles, books, printed and on-line news, etc., and the information I have learned in the many seminars I have taken over the years.

- I have been a chiropractor for over twenty years. I see myself primarily as a health coach; as a guide to better health. It is my understanding that we are hardwired for health; that health is our genetic set-point. Therefore, if one understands what health is, takes personal responsibility for it, makes a commitment to achieve it and works at it a little every day, then excellent health is not only possible, it is inevitable.

Great advertisment! Very funny.
Big business once again selling us with state-of-the-art marketing. Amazing what multi-million marketing budgets can come up with today. Maybe you should try recuiting the babies for a health and lifestyle commercial? People will buy the $1.50/ 12 oz. bottle of water because the babies are so funny and cute.
